SRX1149633: Aspergillus glaucus HB1-19 transcriptome
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 34.1M spots, 8.6G bases, 3.7Gb downloads

Design: The aim of this study is to obtain globally understanding of the adaptation behaviors of Aspergillus glaucus HB1-19 under salt stress. Samples for RNA extraction were made from mycelia of cultures where 10^7 spores were grown on two kinds of solid glucose minimal medium (B-1,B-2,B-3:MM+DIH2O; A-1,A-2, A-3: MM+NaCl) at 28°C for 3 days in dark. At the same time, 10^7 spores were grown on MM+NaCl medium at 28°C for 3 days in light(C-1,C-2,C-3). By next-generation sequencing with Illumina Hiseq 2000, we found transcriptional changes underlying salt stress response in marine-derived A. glaucus HB1-19 .
